Immigration and Trafficking Special Topic Course Curriculum Outline (PDF)
The goals of this training curriculum is to identify the “red flags” that immigration/trafficking status or issues are affecting what’s happening in a courtroom, assess and consider immigration implications when crafting civil and criminal findings, orders and dispositions and to identify the specific measures to take to enhance access to justice for immigrant victims of domestic violence and trafficking.
